Salar Salahshoor | President
Prior to founding TurnClick, Salar was the Digital Marketing Manager at Sono Bello where he helped the organization grow from 3 company-owned clinics in 2009 to 9 clinics in 2011. Salar has held business development roles at several early stage start-ups in the Seattle area, including TeachStreet.com and Novel Interactive (an organization he co-founded).
Before Novel, Salar worked as a Financial Analyst at Amazon.com, where he supported the Technology Finance organization through analysis and development of sections of the operating budget, econometric forecast modeling, and development and presentation of monthly and quarterly metrics and budget reports.
Salar holds a BA magna cum laude in Finance from Seattle University.
Zack Goehner | Creative Director
Zack joined TurnClick to pursue his passion of building unique websites and marketing campaigns crafted with technical skill and design expertise. He’s had experience designing feature-rich websites and marketing collateral for Fortune 500 businesses, small-to-medium-sized companies, artists, individuals, and non-profit organizations. Zack focuses on creating work that engages and delights without interrupting.
Zack studied at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design, and shortly thereafter moved to Seattle and set up as a freelance web and multimedia designer. He brings over a decade of design experience to TurnClick from his work as the Art Director for Vain Magazine and a User Interface Designer for Real Networks.
Matthew Eberhardt | Technical Director
Matt joined TurnClick to put his passion for technology to work in helping businesses leverage the latest web standards and engineering practices, and to allow them to compete at a new level. He’s been building and managing websites and IT infrastructure since 2000 for both mid sized companies and start-ups across a wide range of businesses from financial to healthcare to the sports industry.
Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a degree in Management of Information Systems. He has a strong focus of leveraging Open Source Solutions as a way to increase productivity while also contributing to the software development community.
Lucas Lennick | Digital Marketing Consultant
Lucas joined TurnClick to help businesses forge more detail orientated, and thus more fruitful marketing strategies. Previously, he worked with national marketing agencies, consulting a wide array of business-industry types, gaining knowledge on both technical and strategic marketing best-practices. A subsequent trait that is derived from his past consulting experiences is his ability to analyze, identify, and consult on which solution(s) will benefit a company’s overall marketing mix the most. Lucas has literally composed and managed hundreds of successful online marketing campaigns for small-to-large sized businesses ranging from pay-per-click, display advertising, to social media management.
Lucas is backed by a double-major in marketing and business management from Eastern Washington University. He is also Google Adwords and Bing Advertising certified. He adds a high level of enthusiasm and professional business-minded demeanor to TurnClick’s culture. Native to the Pacific Northwest, he has a passion for helping locally headquartered companies.
